  16. "Transient" is a new electronic music group with dreams of the big time. At
  17. present we only have two members, Homer j and Naff. After knowing each other
  18. for years, we decided to put some of our tunes into an album length release.
  19. We're not out to sell any copies just yet, but you never can tell, can you?
  20. This is an all new song, (not uploaded anywhere before) written especially
  21. for the album. Although none of Naff's tunes appear on this particular
  22. album, he is still considered to be an integral part of Transient.

  24. Oh, by the way, if any group/individual would like to help release/spread
  25. our mods on a permanent basis, or if anyone is interested in joining up with
  26. us, or if you need a musician in your crew or music for your production,
  27. then just get in touch with us at one of the above addresses.

  31. Yeh. Umm. This one is the relatively short, no recognisable style, written
  32. in an hour, time fill track. So far all the people who've heard it say that
  33. it sounds so funky that i had better put it on the album or else. I don't
  34. know what they are talking about. "Funky" was the last thing going through
  35. my mind when i wrote this. Haha.

  37. All samples were taken from other mods. Following is a list of some of the
  38. samples and, according to my readme and text directories, where they came
  39. from and who wrote the tunes.

  46. I have tried to credit as many samples as i can. Thanks to all above (and
  47. others) who provided these fine samples. I hope they don't mind too much.
  48. I know that the drum pattern (7) and the analog stabs (b,c,d,e) both come
  49. from a sample pack. The beat was mixed with a cymbal within OctaMed and the
  50. analogs were cut down from a longer riff. Most of the zaps (f,g,h,i,j,k)
  51. come from various chip mods. :)
